I’ve been showing up for children and families for over 35 years — in schools, in homes, in communities — meeting folks where they’re at. For the past 20+ years, I’ve been in the mental and behavioral health field, helping people heal, grow, and break cycles. I bring compassion, realness, and years of hands-on experience to every session. My approach is eclectic — I pull from EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness, Brainspotting — whatever fits you. No cookie-cutter care over here. What pulled me into this work was seeing how communities of color are constantly overlooked when it comes to quality mental health services. The need is real, and so is the stigma. That’s why I made it my mission to be part of the solution: creating safe, judgment-free spaces for healing, where people feel seen, heard, and respected. Whether you're a kid, a teen, or an adult — I’m here to walk alongside you and help you do the work, your way. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I am KeSean Mobley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I have experience working with senior, young adult, and teenage populations. I work with populations who experience struggles with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, and loss/grief among others. I want to make sure my clients stay motivated throughout their journey by using a motivational interviewing approach. I enjoy what I do and connecting with all my clients and making them feel not only heard but understood as a human being. As a therapist, I want to ensure your goals and objectives meet your highest standards.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor with an M.S. and an Ed.S. in marriage and family/community counseling. I have 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and their families recover from early abuse and neglect, working with youth in foster care, group homes, and adoption to facilitate healing for the entire family. I use TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, CBT, PMT, and brief strategic therapy to help with emotional and behavioral youth difficulties as well as adults and couples struggling with trauma, gender or sexual identity, relationships, parenting, stress, dissociation, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Hi, I’m Alexus! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, and I work with kids, teens, and adults who are going through tough times. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to listening to people’s stories, their struggles, their triumphs, and everything in between. That’s what led me to become a therapist. I know how overwhelming life can feel when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, grief, or conflict in your relationships and family. I also know how isolating it can feel when you’re navigating questions of identity or trying to make sense of big emotions on your own. My work is about creating a safe and genuine space where you don’t have to pretend to have it all figured out. I like to be real with my clients, therapy with me is a conversation, not a lecture. I believe that each person already has strengths within them, and together we work on uncovering those strengths and building tools that actually fit your life. In our sessions, I pull from approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices, but the heart of therapy is always our connection. I want you to leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered to take small steps toward the changes you’re hoping for.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and professional school counselor with a M.A. and an M.B.A. I have experience working with adults, seniors and teens through challenging life issues. I use CBT, REBT, TF-CBT, existential and solution-focused brief therapy to help those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, finding life direction, parenting, stress, and other mental health issues. I also have experience helping organizations build better cohesion and foster better employee mental health.

Hello! I’m Ava Cox, LCSWA I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I see therapy as more than problem-solving — it’s about cultivating resilience, building connection, and fostering genuine personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and feel truly heard. Together, we identify goals, explore strengths, and develop practical strategies that empower lasting change. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationship concerns. I also have a special interest in working with children and adolescents — helping them build emotional resilience, healthy coping skills, and a stronger sense of self. I earned my Master’s in Social Work through the joint program at UNC Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University, where I gained a foundation in evidence-based care, cultural humility, and community engagement. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active in the community and advocating for mental health awareness and accessibility. My goal is to meet every client where they are, honor their unique story, and provide a space where healing and growth can unfold naturally.
